8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total project value.

9. Warranty and Support

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Technical support is provided as follows:

• 30-day warranty period for bugs and issues post-launch
• Ongoing support available under separate maintenance agreements
• Third-party components subject to their respective warranties

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work subject to payment of outstanding fees.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
